There will be heavy to very heavy rains in these areas of Gujarat in the coming days


It has started raining in many states of the country in the last 24 hours. The highest rainfall in the country fell in Cherrapunji, Meghalaya. The rainfall here is 110 mm. Is delivered. So in some places the rain has started. Currently, due to the south-west monsoon, such effects are being seen. Rains have arrived in many districts of Gujarat and rain is also forecast in the state for the next five days. According to meteorologists, torrential rains are expected in some states from Wednesday to June 10.
In the next 24 hours, rains are expected in the plains of northwestern India and the western Himalayas. Heavy rains are also expected in the hinterland of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu for the next 3-4 days. Rains are also forecast in Kerala, Konkan and Goa for the next two days.
Where will rain fall in Gujarat
According to a daily bulletin released by the Indian Meteorological Department, light to moderate rains were forecast in Gujarat on Sunday in Botad, Amreli, Junagadh, Morbi, Surendra Nagar, Jamnagar, Gir Somnath, Diu and some areas of Kutch.
Now on Monday, light to moderate rains are forecast in Banaskantha, Patan, Sabarkantha, Gandhinagar, Aravalli, Mehsana, Ahmedabad, Navsari, Dang, Surat, Bharuch, Narmada and several districts of Saurashtra.
The meteorological department has forecast rains in many parts of North Gujarat, South Gujarat and Saurashtra from Tuesday to Thursday. Pre-monsoon activity has started across the state, according to the department.
Rains were also witnessed in Saurashtra and some parts of Kutch in Gujarat on Friday. Apart from this, many parts of India like neighboring state of Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha in Maharashtra and some parts of Rajasthan received rains.
