The government has issued guidelines for Lockdown 5. Named UNLOCK 1. Accordingly, the government has given phased concessions outside the containment zone.

The third phaseSome activity will still be off. These include international flights, metro railways, cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters, bars, auditoriums, political and social events, and large gatherings. Approval will be informed in the third phase after assessing the situation.
